On April 7th the BBC NI School Choir of the Year exploded into the Ulster Hall, Belfast, with the final schools battling for this year’s top prize.
This year marked the transition from radio to TV for this much-loved event, requiring some heavyweight branding of the venue to give the competition a powerful, family-friendly feel.
Applied across banner stands, hop ups, photo props, posters and stage graphics, the Ulster Hall was adorned with themed throughout to immerse guests in the School Choir Of The Year experience.
Additionally, Whitenoise also delivered the title sequence for broadcast and online and bespoke sound design for radio broadcast.
While all 60 schools involved received a personalised certificate to showcase their participation, our congratulations goes to Ebrington Primary School and Thornhill College, both in Londonderry, who were named the top senior and junior school choirs this year.
