First appearing in October 1961, the BBC's longest running television series Points of View returned to our screens last Sunday with a fresh new look designed by Whitenoise. The show producers required a flexible show brand which worked across a wide range of deliverables, including wipes, aston straps, comment cards as well as other in-show graphics and a new title sequence.
The various BBC online platforms, including iPlayer, website, Twitter and Facebook, were also updated and a 'Points of View' sofa will tour the country for members of the public to air their opinions on BBC output.
The show titles, shot right here in Belfast and the surrounding area, feature a range of people holding up and passing on the title board with clever motion-tracked compositing to bring the whole thing to life.
