Like all of the Whitenoise Team Leaders, Lynsay both feels and enjoys the responsibility of being a leader and a mentor. Just like the freedom she gets from not spending her holidays "sensibly".
A self-proclaimed "woman in a hurry" it is not surprising that she finds it difficult to settle and read a book. Neither is it surprising to discover that since she was 16, Lynsay has believed that "outside is the best side" with holidays in recent years spent travelling to some of Britain and Ireland's biggest music festivals.
Not so much relaxing breaks but Glastonbury, Creamfields, Oxegen and Electric Picnic - like nights out clubbing - energise her and fuel her passion for music. And while her family hasn't followed in her particular sense of "wish you were here", Lynsay has inherited the family love of art, but with a difference.
Her mum still has scale drawings of aircraft and net plans of other objects that she drew as a kid, evidencing a creativity and exactness that has stood her well in design.
