Whitenoise is a multi award-winning full service digital agency, specialising in brand development, advertising, animation and film production for business and broadcast. Due to continued growth, we wish to appoint a Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist to further complement our team and help take our client’s online presence further. 

This new team member will manage social media for a number of our clients, advise on SEO and PPC, form strategy and manage digital advertising, tailored to their varied requirements.  We require an individual with proven experience who will be able to add value to our team quickly and smoothly. In addition to your responsibilities in the studio, you may occasionally be asked to attend events and conferences.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with the team to create and implement digital marketing strategies for B2B and B2C clients, including the use of SEO, Email Marketing and Social Media
  • Ongoing campaign analysis and reporting, using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager
  • Carrying out research, vital to the creation of accurate campaigns, including keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Communicating with clients as and when required and working closely with the Whitenoise account management team to effectively manage client budgets and resources
  • Assisting in continued growth of the internal Whitenoise brand through SEO and Social Media Channels
  • Copywriting for social media, blogs, Press Releases and Advertising


  • 2+ years experience in an agency environment
  • Hands-on experience running digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience in social media campaigns
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and strategies to grow sites and social media organically
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools/software
  • Proven understanding of technical SEO and digital advertising
  • Proven experience managing digital or integrated campaigns
  • Good spelling, grammar and attention to detail evidenced through proofreading
  • Excellent communication skills, both by phone and in person
  • Ability to work well on your own and within a team environment
  • A calm and organised manner


  • Content creation abilities (Adobe Creative Cloud suite experience)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management or associated subject


  • Digital Marketing: 2 year (Required)
  • SEO: 1 year (Preferred)
  • PPC: 1 year (Preferred)

Film and Animation Production Manager



The demand for video and animation content is stronger than ever before. To support our client’s needs, we are seeking a Film and Animation Production Manager to support our Head of Film and Animation in planning, developing and creating Whitenoise video output. Positioned within our Film and Animation team, you will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all workflows and the quality of output, organising and overseeing the creation of video and animated content. The goal is to ensure an efficient and efficient production process that meets client requirements.


We expect applicants to have deep know-how in production procedures and the ability to direct personnel towards their maximum performance abilities. Understanding client requirements, decision-making, problem-solving, managing client quotations and internal workflows will take up a significant part of your day.   • Liaise with clients to formulate objectives and understand requirements
  • Develop creative concepts to client briefs (in partnership with the wider team) 
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets (in partnership with clients)
  • Organise workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Monitor production to resolve issues
  • Supervise and evaluate performance against objectives
  • Determine level of necessary resources
  • Co-ordinate in-house and  freelance/third party resources 
  • Ensure output meets quality expectations
  • Report to upper management  

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a production assistant or executive
  • Understanding of production management
  • Understanding of quality standards and client expectations
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and leaderships skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
