Junior Graphic Designer wanted...

We're looking for a junior graphic designer with PROVEN talent to join our brand team, working with great clients throughout Ireland and beyond. You MUST have an impressive portfolio which showcases your best work on a wide range of project types including brand development, ad campaign creative, literature production and retail / environmental branding.

In evidence of the above, we want to see a great CV with full education and work history and references and a portfolio showcasing your best work.

Please note: If you DON'T send in your CV and portfolio or portfolio link with your submission you will NOT be considered for this position. We will NOT consider submissions from applicants with no studio experience. Broken or non-functioning links to portfolio sites will likewise disqualify your application.

You MUST have at least one year's proven studio experience which evidences your ability to liaise with clients and suppliers. Managing your time effectively will be an essential skill and a pragmatic approach with the ability to work well in a team environment are also key to the role you will play at Whitenoise.

Attention to detail, excellent typesetting skills and a strong sense of pride in your work are also essential.Your working day will include attending client briefings and presentations, working collaboratively on design projects, noting and accounting time expenditure against project deadlines and liaising with printers and other suppliers to ensure production quality standards are maintained.

You will be fully familiar with the major Adobe CC graphics apps, have a handle on ePubs, understand print like the back of your hand and be comfortable with up-skilling and knowledge-sharing with the rest of the studio, including our motion and film teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • HND or Degree in Visual Communications

Motion Graphics Artist wanted...

Motion Graphics Artist wanted...

We’re looking for a passionate motion graphics generalist, able to effectively deliver animation and visual effects projects for our business, broadcast and events clients. The ability to take a project from storyboard through to final edit is essential, and you will be working in a small team generating big ideas and even bigger final results for a wide variety of clients.

Strong illustration and character generation / rigging skills are essentialand you will be familiar and fluid in After Effects/Cinema 4D, as well as all the Adobe CC apps applicable to your role. You will also be able to demonstrate effective time management, focus and attention to detail, have good people skills and work well in a team environment, liaising with and assisting our brand and film teams.

You will need at least 2-3 years experiencewithin a studio environment and be able to evidence this with specific projects you have worked on and your role within them.

You will also need to liaise directly with clients - from taking an initial brief through to presenting concepts, you will be both confident in yourself and your skills and responsive to client requirements.
