So we’re nearly at the end of a very long week. It feels as though today and yesterday we still managed to do a studio’s worth of work, despite being nearly 50% down in staff due to those two pesky kids, Rory and Jacci, getting wed and half the team heading off for the celebrations. Here’s a random selection of piccies (with a hidded subliminal message, aimed at me I suspect…

Next up we have a new and very exciting brochure I designed for our buddies RFD, for their Personal Submarine Escape System mk11 – James Bond eat your heart out! Ever wondered how to escape from a stricken or sunken sub? Read on…

So how cool was that?!? Next, here’s some super new design courtesy of Kerrie, for the NICFC ‘Read On” project – isn’t it lovely?

Next up we have Peedy and Ryan’s yummy website for new fast food Phenomenom PIC – it’s dishlicious…
And here’s the scrummy 3D logo they knocked up in a jiffy…
Here’s one that’s not really brand new, but missed out on a posting a wee while back – Women In Business’s new stationery, bearing Christine’s excellent new corporate identity…

Time for a bit more 3D goodness, for new caravan cleaning product (I kid you not) ‘PamperVan’…
It must be that time of year again – here’s the latest edition of Northern Ban’s ‘Northern People’ magazine…
Lastly, Friends of Whitenoise, Brian Houston and Duke Special, are doing a charity gig 25 June at CFC (that’s my church – woohoo!) to raise funds for medical relief for Zimbabwe. Here’s the Wild West Wanted poster I did up for them…
Did I say last of all? Sorry – but I found another staff ‘alter ego’ calling card down the back of the sofa – this one’s for the always swish and stylish Carrie Melvin…
And I think that’s quite enough excitement for one week – see you on the other side of the hump…

I ABSOLUTELY PROMISE there will be some lovely work up tomorrow (when I eventually get time to collate it all!) but for now, by the wonders of modern telecomunicative science, we have, from Dungiven Castle, the first photo of Rory and Jacci’s wedding…

Don’t they look cute?
Bye for now.

It’s been a strange week, with some stress, some tears, some highs and lows. We’ve never been busier, and at times we’ve probably forgotten to lift our heads up and recognise how fortunate we are to be so.
But over and above workloads, deadlines, overtime and early starts, today we celebrate Jacci and Rory, and their big day next Thursday. Today is their last day so we sent them off with an expensive card, cheap plonk, an envelope full of cash and all our love and best wishes. Check back this time next week for the wedding pics…

And I suspect the rest of the team could echo my sentiments too. Not only have we been log-jammed working with a group of marketing officers for the Arts In Business “Art of the Pitch” programme this week, we also managed to find time to squeeze a few tasty design treats out for other clients too.
The Balmoral Show juggernaut continues to rumble on. Alongside literally dozens of ads, flyers, posters etc, we also produced a School’s Trail guide…

The clock is ticking as we draw ever closer to the annual Newcastle Gateshead Evolution Festival – here’s the programme, available as a download from the site now…

Next up we have a lovely catalogue for the upcoming Belfast Print Workshop exhibition at the Ormeau Gallery…

And here’s the latest edition of Expresslines, the lovely Translink staff magazine…

Finally we have the new identity for PIC, the fast food sensation heading our way throughout this summer – yum!

Did I say lastly? Sorry, I forgot Brian M’s ‘alter ego’ card – it’s tanfastic:

And last of all, here’s a wee bit of fun – a wee piggy for the birthday invite to Dennis McMeekin’s 70th birthday bash! (remember Anderson McMeekin when they weren’t called Blacksheep?)…

And that is DEFINITELY enough for one week, don’t you think? See you on the other side…
